What will I find in your book?

The first part of the book tells the story of how I experienced the media storm triggered by a sexy tweet I posted from my workplace – how I handled the situation, and how I managed to get through it.

The second part explores my life as a libertine, a path I have been on since my twenties. I’ve already received feedback from early readers, including women, who found some of the scenes in my story quite intense – sometimes even shocking.

I am aware that my experiences are not conventional and may challenge or unsettle some readers. Should I have softened certain parts or left some things out? Perhaps. But at the same time, that would have betrayed my story. It is part of who I am – my nature.

On one side, I am a responsible employee, a caring and devoted mother, a joyful woman who loves to laugh and doesn’t take herself too seriously. But that doesn’t prevent me from having intense desires and fantasies, sometimes leaning toward masochism. I wanted to show these different facets of myself, and to demonstrate that being a loving and nurturing mother does not exclude living out one’s sexual identity.

For me, defending women’s rights also means this. Too many people still believe that “it’s not appropriate for a mother.” But do women lose the right to live a non-conventional sexual life once they marry or have children? I don’t believe so.
